Cool shades are best for people with pink or blueish undertones. If your wardrobe is filled with pastels, blacks, and white clothing, you prefer silver-colored or rose gold jewelry, and your veins are blue or purple, your skin's undertone is cool.

Neutral shades are for those with undertones that are the same or very similar to their skin tone. So if you look good in gold, silver, and every color under the sun, and your veins aren't very visible or look a similar color to your skin, you’re a neutral shade. 

Warm shades are for people whose undertones are a little more yellow. You’re a warm shade if your veins look greenish, and you look best in gold jewelry and clothing that is peach, yellow, off-white, and brown. Sandy Warm 3.5 has a bit more of an orange undertone.
